Letters from the earth .
Henceforth I ask not for good fortune
I myself am good fortune
I know man is not made for defeat
 man can be destroyed but not defeated.
We can be destroyed but not defeated.
We men of earth have here the stuff of paradise,
 we have enough.
We need no other stones to build.
The temple of the fulfillment
No other ivory for the floors
No other cedar for the beam
It's a doom of man's immortal dream
And man the stumbler and finder,
 man the dreamer of deep dreams,
 man the sharper and maker,
 man the answer...
Man is a long time coming.   
Still,
  man will yet win.
